We had a lovely day though having not visited for a while we were surprised at how run down the ladies changing room & shower areas were. Showers that didn’t work, floors flooded, rust & mould! Most definitely tired & in need of a refurbishment.
The staff were amazing and the hotel itself was lovely. The food was delicious, though the quantities were small and you had to pay extra for most of the options. However, we were dissatisfied with the treatments. Each 40 minute treatment was divided in two, with 20 minutes of the treatment booked, and 20 minutes of legs/arms/facial which wasn't required. This meant the spa could recommend lots of their products, but we'd rather have had the 40 minute massages (hot stones / deep tissue) we'd paid for!
Had a wonderful day from the start.Had a welcoming coffee.Facilities were great.Treatments were wonderful.Lunch could not have been better.Felt 20 years younger!! All staff were lovely & couldn't believe the value for what we paid.
Excellent night away for my partner’s birthday. Deal included afternoon tea and breakfast which were both great. Spa facilities excellent too.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very nice - shower was a particular favourite!
Pillows were a bit hard but nothing that ruined our nights sleep.
Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to others.

The whole spa day was definitely value for money, the treatments were the highlight and really relaxing. Overall a great day, however the only downside to the package was the lunch provided, it was awful! Yet the treatments really did make up for this!
