Bought this spa experience for a gift for daughter and hubby for her birthday. They loved the spa and treatments were excellent and booking was easy. The room was very good.As the meals were part of the package the only downside for her was the limited menu choices for gluten free.
Great treatment service. Really relaxing. Had a lovely day in gym, swim and spas. Had a lovely lunch in hotel. Great service. X

Nice facilities, and I enjoyed my treatments.
It was a struggle to book our treatments together, and I was told I would have to have the treatments for myself and my mum two hours apart, but given the fact that this was a birthday present for my mum I didn’t want to agree to spend two hours of our spa day for two on our own for a large part of the experience. Our meal was disappointing as they didn’t have what was advertised on the menu, and when it finally arrived it was cold and had to be sent back, so we ended up eating at separate times. The waitress was very defensive and still charged us extra for ordering on the extended menu.
