Warm and polite staff. Could have goven us a little info on the procedure after checking in and getting to the spa, but a call to the spa itself sorted that. Lovely food and drinks. The hotel was prestine and the room was perfect. Ordered room service whoch came quickly and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable and love the idea of eco friendly towels. All round gorgeous stay. Will be booking again for sure!
Stayed here a few weeks ago on a spa break. Totally overwhelmed at the whole experience from start to finish... We called before to ask questions , spoke to a lady in reception named Paulene , very pleasant, genuine helpful lady.
Arrived before check in time and lady on reception helped us straight away, so that we could enjoy are experience sooner than planned.
Room was clean spacious and bathroom gleamed. With full working facilities.
All spa facilities were in full working order, relaxing , warm and overall just lovely...

Staff at St. Paul’s could not do enough ! Absolutely wonderful restaurant , food was beautiful and lighting and setting in both restaurant and pool area was absolutely perfect !
Warm drinks in spa reception very good idea, girls on spa reception helped us with products , and explained everything. The were no pressure at all in any way to bombard with selling anything within the hotel, but with a polite ask they just couldn’t do enough. They offer a card, or pay as you go service which is great for large groups.
With how the whole experience were, and for what we paid, myself and my friend were blown away...
Which means now we are familiar, that we would stay on any break, regardless of cost of anything that we would feel totally comfortable on any stay at St. Paul’s whether it be a indulgent treat no expense spared, or a budget stay get away.
We can’t thank everyone at St. Paul’s enough for our stay, as 2 hard working mums we fully appreciated how nice it were to fully relax.
We will highly recommend your hotel to everyone , and it won’t be long before we stay again and will look forward to it... 10 out of 10 from Us... x
Good tour of facilities on arrival. Helpful staff. Treatments really good and value for money. Lunch was good we upgraded to a hot meal for a little extra. Good size pool and nice sauna. There were refurbishments ongoing which is good because the spa is a little tired and needs an upgrade. Their were used cups everywhere in the relaxation rooms almost like the cleaner hadn’t been that day. Our locker was a flight of stairs above the changing rooms so a lot of walking back and forth which made it difficult to stay relaxed and we had to fully dress for lunch. Good location, perfect for a hen weekend with some bars and places to eat around the hotel a short walk away.
