The spa was too busy to enjoy the experiences and the aroma grotto wasn’t working.
We LOVE coming here! It's a lovely little spa, the lunch is fantastic and you are well attended to by staff. We had Emma C and Leigha for our treatments, and the facial, foot scrub and massage were brilliant. My mom asked if she could have a scalp massage rather than a facial as she has sensitive skin, and they were more than happy to change it. I had a glorious back massage that eased away all the tension from the last few weeks at work. Really good value and we'll return for sure.
When we arrived we filled in the health form and as my wife had recently discovered she is pregnant, she circled that option. Upon taking us down to the treatment room my wife was then informed she couldnt have the facial, massage or spa ritual we had paid for! The staff offered to do a manicure and pedicure instead only then to say thry couldnt because she had grl nails on her hands and toes. They said that i could still have my treatments, an offer which i refused as i would of felt terrible having the treatments myself when my wife had been looking forward to it since Christmas. After all this the manager then told us that a refund would be impossible and to be fair he made no effort to convince me he even tried to sort out a refund or even allow us to rearrange for a later date. I would not recommend this spa or treatwell to anyone!!!!! Disgusting
