It was so good, we were shown to our reserved table in the hotel restaurant and I ordered a southern fried chicken wrap and my friend ordered a cheese toastie. It was lovely, service was a bit slow but it was worth the wait. The facilities and the treatments were amazing! All in all was around 3 hours the whole experience and I'd go back again!
Lovely staff, clean spa but dark as in basement. One of the spa rooms was out of order and no jacuzzi but solid set of options including sauna, steam room & ice igloo. Aromotherapy massage was good.
The day was lovely from start to finish, found the reception staff very good but he staff providing the treatment a little frosty. Lunch was very nice and we really enjoyed our relaxing day.
