Considering the hotel is so nice and modern, the spa was a bit of a dissapointment. the treatments were quite good but the rooms were dirty and the changing rooms were a mess, shower was out of order as was sauna. beds were broken around the pool. I dont think this was value for money and wouldnt go back. the staff were good, just the facilities were underwhealming.
Very good value except for the fact the sauna was out of order, which we weren't aware of prior to our visit (or even on arrival), which did unbalance the experience of the spa rooms which otherwise were all wet, wet and wet, so you felt a bit like a prune. However, otherwise, it was a very lovely experience. Top notch treatments and the best massage really helped.
Had a fantastic day out with Daughter and Mother. The Therapists were extremely professional and gave amazing treatments. We have been before for half day spa. This was our first full day and we will definitely be booking in again.
Really relaxing treatment, therapists were warm and welcoming,treatment was on time and no problems, venue was clean really good value.
