This is my third time coming to Mercure in Sheffield and I have to honestly say, the staff are very helpful and kind. I arrived 10minutes late for my back massage and the therapist was very understanding and willing to wait. I honestly can’t express how amazing the experience felt. The staff have good customer service skills, they go above and beyond for their clients. I will definitely be going back there soon.
