The staff are lovely and the treatments were great! There is a steam room, sauna, aroma room, ice igloo and experience shower so plenty to do and they are all very relaxing. The only thing missing is a jacuzzi. There are no water machines down in the pool area which would be good as a water fountain to put your head under isn't really what I expect in a spa. However apart from that I couldn't fault it and we had a lovely time! There is a lovely relaxation room which is great for chilling out before/after treatments

Utter Heaven!!
The whole experience was superb - from the quality of the thermal suite therapies to the beautifully lit ambience of the pool ( a perfect temperature for me).
The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was any trouble to them. That sense of being welcomed is very special and important - whether you are a wealthy corporate customer or someone like me who get to do this level of pampering as birthday or Christmas treats.
Gemma was my therapist for my facial and aromatherapy massage. Gemma is highly experienced and very gifted at what she does - it was fabulous. It was 24 years since my last aromatherapy massage and it did bring happy tears to my eyes!
It was a wonderful oasis whether you are 18 or 21 or 30 or 60plus and I would recommend to anyone - it's the best present I've had for years!
Enjoyed my vists bery much staff very friendly and facial experience exceellent. However, was very disappointed that the steam sauna was not in operation also two of rhe showers out of use.
Me and my husband visited for our third Sunday night spa and stay deal. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and fabulous food. We will be back.
