All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Describe your visit to Spa Naturel at Mercure Sheffield St Paul's Hotel & Spa.I'm writing this on behalf of my parents as I got this as a gift for my mothers birthday everything was good apart from the bedroom stunk of bleach and the room was to warm regardless of the air conditioning which seems to be the only major thing tainting the overall time there, everything else was fantastic as I have stayed before with my girlfriend beforehand which led to the recommendation to my parents but don't let this single review put you off altogether just don't be afraid of asking for as your well within your right to.
I loved this visit. The service was great and the evening meal was fantastic. The room was comfortable and the spa facilities are good too. We both had a back purifying treatment and it was awesome. Definitely going to have that again. My only negatives were that breakfast wasn't very warm and the lack of parking meant we had to walk a fair distance.
The spa/beauty area is a little disjointed in the sense that you are up and down stairs. But the treatments (room, therapist), are v professional. There's plenty of space to relax, to sit etc. The location is convenient and the offers are great value for money.
Went to the spa on a Saturday was really nice all the staff helpful and lovely.
Really good value for money.
Would highly recommend.
A lovely hotel for a night away. Great location, just a long wait for food in a not so busy restaurant. Massage was excellent.
