Overall a good experience but a bit pricey for what it is. Went on a Tues morning, the staff were very friendly and polite. The changing rooms very clean. The pool was lovely and big enough for a good swim, half of the pool was taken up for a class but it wasn't busy so it didn't matter. The jacuzzi was nice the steam room in the changing rooms was super hot. The sauna was luke warm and didn't have anywhere to throw water on. Had a facial and it was fantastic.
