The whole experience was a 10/10. A real luxury experience. The time I went was quite so we really got to use all the facilities (except for the jacuzzi). I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday here.
We had a spa day at Landmark and it was the most relaxing experience. Staff was very attentive and kind. There were very few people, water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi was very warm. Free fruits, water and we could use slippers, bathrobes and towels. Great experience overall.
The hotel itself is stunning! the spa facilities were good but the steam room was not working when I arrived and it was in the changing room rather than the spa itself.
I came at the wrong time as there were kids around that ruined the tranquility a bit - but they are only allowed between 4- 5:30 i think.
The jacuzzi could definitely have been warmer it was barley warm.
