Lovely spa at a beautiful hotel in central London. The facilities were clean and the spa as spacious enough to allow a good use of each of the amenities.
Spa is lovely but was busy with hen party - also I the changing facilities and showers are well below the standard of the spa. Staff were great.
Arriving from the hustle and bustle of Marylebone, the quietness really hits you as you walk through the main door.
The staff we spoke to on the day were amazing friendly and helpful.
Fantastic spa facilities - and not too busy on a Thursday morning. It felt like we had our own personal spa for most of it!
Great refreshments and ambience in the inside but outside terrace as well.

My 2 friends and I had a wonderful time at the Landmark Spa, the facilities were sparkling clean and fresh, the pool was calm and inviting and the massage incredibly relaxing! Thank-you very much!
