Really enjoyed the day, the facilities are excellent and of a big enough size to accommodate a number of customers.
Worth keeping in mind that the pool is opened up to children at some point in the afternoon.
Had a fab relaxing day. We had the back, shoulder and scalp massage which was wonderful. Staff were very helpful Andy unobtrusive. I left my swimsuit in my dressing gown pocket and they found it and posted to me. Will definitely go again.
Booked for a special pre-Christmas day on the 2-for-1 deal but ended up being pretty disappointed. The pictures suggest the space is a lot bigger than it is and the facilities weren’t the best, both the pool and jacuzzi were quite cold and there are no separate areas to sit or chill. If there’s more than a few separate people using the facilities you can quite quickly feel over exposed and overheard.
It’s a shame because the hotel itself is lovely and the treatment I had (full body massage) was great. I’m sure if you’re staying here then it’s a great addition to your stay but it really isn’t special, big or inviting enough to be classed as a “spa day”.
