All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The facilities are nice, everything was quite clean and luxurious. However there were a few shortcomings:
- Pool is too small for the number of people that were there on Saturday afternoon.
- Pool area (lounges, seating) also not big enough as it got overcrowded.
- There weren't enough towels / bathrobes / slippers for all guests so people were waiting around to be able to use the facilities.
But it's a really nice atmosphere and I think if you were to go during less busy times it would be more enjoyable.
We were specifically looking for a chlorine free pool so that served our purpose.
Lovely spa and a great therapist. Nice to have a relaxation room after the treatment to unwind too.
I booked the Relax and Revive package and I couldn't be happier. The Spa is great (clean, classy, exactly like in the pictures) and the staff are extremely nice and polite. The treatments were amazing. It was worth every penny. I highly recommend it!!
