We had a really lovely day at the Landmark and experienced no issues with it being run down that I had read in other reviews. The staff were all super pleasant and the facilities were smart and clean. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that there’s no restaurant as part of the spa and we had to get changed to go up to the main hotel restaurant and come back down, but everyone was very helpful so there were no issues. The steam room is in the changing rooms which we found slightly odd, but is only minor. We thought the numbers were managed well and it never felt too crowded despite quite small changing rooms. One lady was quite unpleasant to me as she thought she could reserve a lounger for her whole day even when she left it for periods of time, but you can’t account for other guests! The staff were all delightful and that’s what counts. Thanks Landmark!
