All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Always a nice visit but this time was disappointed by the brown stains on the ceiling above the jacuzzi, the white limescale marks on the tiles around the swimming pool and the untidy changing rooms. There must have been a change in staff recently because the manager (I think) was quite sharp and abrasive, and unhelpful. Part of the computer says no service you get in most places these days. You don’t expect that at The Landmark.
I had never been on a spa day before and really struggled evaluating what would be nice and good value. Overall, was very pleased with the experience. We had a lovely time swimming and enjoying the sauna before our treatments. The sauna could maybe have been a tiny bit hotter but still very pleasant. I had a facial and my friend had a massage which were both great, and then enjoyed the lovely relaxation room afterwards. We also had lunch at the hotel after as part of the deal and it was delish! Perfect end. Would recommend this to a friend!
Such a relaxing experience, loved every minute of it and my massage therapist was truly wonderful!
I had booked for a friends birthday “The dreamy head to toe experience” which included a foot/leg massage and scalp massage. We had both received very different experiences during our treatments- my friend received a lower leg and thigh massage myself just my lower leg and foot- both of which included a scrub which didn’t feel necessary and wasn’t mentioned. The leg massage was very short as was the foot and the scalp massage I had to ask her to stop as it was not very relaxing at all- defiantly not worth the £165 I spent. The sauna/ steam rooms were ok as was the pool but it was quite busy so didn’t really have anywhere to sit/relax after our treatments. Overall disappointed and would not recommend as a birthday treat nor waste £165 on.
Sanju my therapist was incredible! She was so polite and talked me through all my treatments . She even left me a little gist as it was my birthday. The treatments were amazing. She asked about my pressure preferences and seemed to really take her time to do a great job. I had a wonderful day and is probably one of the best spa experiences I have had. I was pleasantly surprised. The changing rooms probably need a little updating but apart from that the facilities were good.
