All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The facility is a bit old ie the changing rooms - feels like it needs updating and the mirrors areas in changing areas are quite small. Also you get giving slippers instead of flip flops for the pool area. Sauna and jacuzzi are spacious though.
Spa was small but facilities were well kept and exceptionally clean. It was a bit busy from midday onwards and there are only 4 loungers so get there early. I booked a spa day for 2 without treatments and discovered that booking directly with The Landmark is cheaper than booking through treat well, and you are not restricted to buying in pairs so go direct and save yourself £15 pp!
Worst I have ever been to. The venue was not too bad butnit was ruined by the attitude of the staff. Would not recommend it at all.
