It was very pleasant experience-music was cool /calming not annoying panpipes!
The jacuzzi was a bit slimy...
The pool water wasn’t clear and green in colour but could be the ‘chemicals’ blue is always more inviting!
There are only 4 beds to lounge on
Sauna was very nice but I didn’t ‘get’ the cold shower bit as the controls weren’t obvious.
Foot and head massage with Beata was the best I’ve ever had -will book her again sometime.
Disappointed that a bottled water was not offered on arrival despite the free water available (w orange slices ) was actually delicious!
Concerned the flip flops were not brand new although appreciate the re-cycling this is unhygienic and could be ppl have verucas and athletes foot yuk!
Rest room was lovely and restful/relaxing - again only 4 beds so we were lucky there was only we 2 in there ( small room) tea delicious.

A fantastic hotel with 5* services all round. Treatment was excellent and I will be returning!
Loved it - the facial I bought was incredible. the pamper treatment was a perfect birthday treat. I would save up and go again anytime I could. Lovely staff. Sanju was a wonderful therapist.
Lovely spa facilities, especially the pool which is very warm. The poolside loungers are very comfortable and the fresh fruit is a nice touch.
