Arrived on a Friday around 12pm and was a little busy but everyone was respectful of one another and did not hog areas for too long!
My massage was absolutely fantastic and was tended to by a welcoming and very skilled professional. I will be back.
Wonderful spa in a great location and hotel. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful (the sauna didn't seem to work and they intervened it immediately). Faultless service. Only comment is there were a few groups (maybe on hen dos?) and they were loud, which made the experience less relaxing than we wished. Maybe there could be a clear policy for groups to keep the volume down?
