The leg and scalp massages were fantastic and the staff were fantastic the whole way through. The facilities are limited due to the space, and it was unfortunate that our visit coincided with a large group of women who took up the entire jacuzzi for a long time. But once they were gone it was perfect. Would recommend!
Had a lovely spa day and felt really looked after by the staff, a definite 5 star experience. The only issue was that the deal I had “included” lunch, but then realised after booking that it was only to the value of £20. Given the price of everything on the menu it’s inevitable that you spend more but the restaurant and food were fantastic.
A lovely, relaxing visit. As it was a Monday there was plenty of room to relax and never felt cramped, but I can imagine it could get quite busy on weekends/ evenings
We had an absolutely phenomenal visit to the landmark last week. The treatment, facilities, and customer service were all great and while a tiny bit pricey, it was worth every penny. Would highly recommend to others.
I booked the Relax and Revive Spa Day as a birthday treat for my mum. We were able to book our massages (a £10 upgrade each) at the same time towards the end of our day, which was perfect timing as the pool area had a few more people in it by then and we could move to the relaxation room after our treatments instead.
Would recommend the Thai green curry for lunch, which the kitchen is able to make vegan.
My only niggle with our day is that we couldn't get the water jet to work when we were in the jacuzzi. The ones in the jacuzzi were fine, but the large one overhead wasn't working. Despite asking staff to help they didn't stay to see if got going and I didn't want to get in and out all over again to get their attention.
