Solarium was only 60 degrees so a bit too cold for my liking, but otherwise a great and relaxing way to spend a weekend day at the spa
The venue was amazing, beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Spa was so peaceful and staff were so polite.
When I phoned up to book my treatment I explained I bought a treatwell voucher for a spa treatment there was confusion with my booking as I had to phone 3 times to confirm my booking because I didn't receive a confirmation email straight away
The facilities were amazing
The jaquazzi was a nice size
This spa had a relaxing room
It had fruit and tea inside it which was great
The therapist that did my treatment when she introduced herself to me that could of been improved I found her a bit nervous. Also she could of been a bit more enthusiastic
I had the winter warmer package
The treatment was fantastic
The pressure of the massage was brilliant
Lovely staff and great massage. There is a small relaxation room to use after the treatment. Pool and Jacuzzi were also great. Some of the bathroom facilities looked a bit worn out and generally spa feels a bit small.
