Not what you would expect from A five star hotel. Therapist was good but service from all other staff was less than great. Such a shame, my local salon offers better service. However the restaurant was amazing and caters well for vegetarians. They know a thing or two about good service...
More of a body scrub than massage, but still nice and the facilities are great. Worth it as a mini spa day.
Treatment by Landmark
The massage was nice but didn't meet my expectation. The total time was 50 minutes but the lady spent lots of time going back and forth (for the massage oil, hot towels, ect..) so I guessed I only got the massage for 30-40minutes in total. There was no hand massage as described in the spa package (I chose the Spa-tember: Exclusive Added Extra),
The jacuzzi was very nice and enjoyed it the most. The pool was also good but I expected the water a bit warmer than that. The facilities were the same as any spa I've been to (sauna, changing room, shower place, massage room, ect...) so don't expect they have anything fancier because they are a 5-star hotel.
