Friendly staff and beautiful set up. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. The changing room was rather cramped however and the showers were in need of some redecoration but on the whole a pleasant afternoon out.
The receptionist was so friendly and enthusiastic when I was booking the treatments for me and my daughter, it reassured me that we'd be in good hands.
The spa facilities were great and the treatments were wonderful. We had a thorough and tailored session.
In general, I enjoyed my visit. However, it was slightly ruined by a group of noisy children in the swimming pool which is not something I would expect from a spa day.
Nice quite spa with good facilities however our nap was interrupted by a large group of noisy children in the pool and Sauna which was a shame
The steam room is very small, you can only fit 2 people comfortably, 3 would be a squeeze, Plus it is in the changing rooms. It would have been nice to have access to the relaxation room more than just after a treatment.
