A wonderful day spent with my best friend. The facilities were first class and the staff looked after us very well all day.
We had a lovely day minus children (!) at the Landmark and the facilities were good although the steam room could only have one person in at a time and were separated into male and female. The afternoon tea part of it was also exceptional and the staff were brilliant throughout the day. Would defo recommend it.
I booked the deal as a present for my boyfriend for Christmas and we went together. When we arrived we were showed the bento menu and asked what we wanted to order and what time we wanted it served. We were given robes and slippers and shown the facilities. After changing to the robes the staff picked us up for treatments (in separate rooms). I liked the stone massage and the therapist was very accommodating, it was supposed to be a back massage but since my legs were sore after running I asked for leg massage and she spent the whole 45 minutes working on my tight calves. I much preferred that so happy there is freedom for some modification. I didn't like the facial so much. The products used smelled quite chemical and my skin loosed exactly the same after it. But this may just my personal taste as I prefer cosmetics that smell fruity. After treatments we went to the spa. With temperatures outside around 1C it felt a bit cold inside and i spend the whole time in the robe. The sauna is nice but it wasn't very hot, big gap between the flood and the door let some cold air in, jacuzzi was nice. Steam room is nice but it's separate for men and women so I couldn't use it with my boyfriend. Bento box was very nice and just the right amount. I enjoyed it a lot. Overall it was a good deal since we had the food, 2 treatments and the use of facilities for just £120 per person. Otherwise I wouldn't go again. I found the pool area lacked a bit of ambience with bright lights and cold air. I would go back again for the package deal but I wouldn't got for the spa facilities on their own.
Excellent deep tissue massage- one of the best I've ever had! The spa is easy to locate, in a very ornate hotel near Marylebone Station. Staff were very friendly and experienced. I would definitely go back.
Lovely day spa. Staff were very nice. Food was amazing. Pool is a bit too cold for a spa. And environment in The pool area The same. Jacuzzi was lovely. Facial products smell too much of alcohol and some really burnt.
