Not cheap but a true urban oasis. The treatments were excellent, as were the facilities - it wasn't too busy so I could come and go as I pleased between swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and relaxation room. The friendly staff helped create a lovely calm, relaxing atmosphere. Lunch was also delicious!
Excellent venue for the perfect spa getaway in London. Absolutely perfect day. The spa was lovely, the ambiance was just what we needed to relax. The changing rooms were nice and clean and the service from the staff was top notch. We both really enjoyed the massages and the afternoon tea was one of the best we have had in London. Highly recommend.

I felt really looked after! Treatments were excellent, as was the food. It was quiet the day I went (Tuesday) so there was enough room round the pool etc. I'd definitely go back if there was a good deal. This is a 5 star hotel & it showed. Voya products were really lovely & I even bought a face mask to take home!
Was a treat for my husband who is a regular runner , this was just the thing to relax his muscles and iron out those tight muscles!!!!
