I really enjoyed the whole experience of visiting Spa Bar London for the first time. The staff were really attentive and seemed to listened carefully to what I said I wanted, making relevant recommendations. The atmosphere was relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. I had eyebrow threading which was quick and surprisingly painless, followed by a Bio Gel manicure. I was particularly pleased with this and the manicurist explained about the products they use and answered my questions happily. Will definitely go back.

Didn’t actually get a manicure, nails were trimmed and filed and the gel polish applied. I’ve been 5 times before and haven’t experienced service like this before. My appointment lasted 30 minutes when it should have been an hour. For £33 a go? I wouldn’t go back I’m afraid. Disappointing as I’ve always loved my Spa Bar experiences in the past. Didn’t even get the technician I had booked on Treatwell! I had a new technician who seemed like she couldn’t wait for me to leave, kept checking the time and wanted to finish as soon as possible.

This was a file and gel polish rather than manicure. Excellent treatment but not as expected from booking.
