I booked through Treatwell only to find out that when I reached for my appointment they didn’t have my booking on their system. They mentioned the manager manages that and was not available at the salon, despite me prepaying for the treatment through Treatwell. Highly unprofessional, and still waiting for a callback/ email for a refund.
I booked what I thought was 2 manicures for my friend & I as it was her hen do. On Treatwell the receipt showed 2x shellac/gellish treatment, both @12:30. When I got there, they said I’d booked one manicure and one pedi and if I wanted two manicures they’d have to be done one after the other. It may have been my mistake but didn’t show on the receipt. After the treatment they charged me £8 extra without explaining why, and called the cost across the room in front of my friend. Awkward on hen do.
