the salon don't seem to be aware of treatwell bookings. i booked via treatwell the evening before and arrived at 3pm, only to be told they had no idea about my appointment, and asked to come back an hour later.

Horrible! I showed up after booking an appointment on Treatwell and receiving a confirmation only to be told that they don’t have an appointment for me and they don’t even offer the service I was booked in for. On top of that they were extremely rude and didn’t even offer an apology! Absolutely would not recommend!
