Katie has been doing all my treatments since she arrived at Spa Butterfly. Including Russian eyelash extensions, nails, waxing & facials. Katie is a brilliant beautician and always leaves me feeling like a queen!! Every 2 weeks I look forward to returning for a personal spa day and to natter as though we are life long friends ♥️♥️ thank you as always Katie for being so fabulous 👏🏼👏🏼

I found it hard to relax with a lot of people chatting and laughing loudly in the main area during my treatment, males and females, possibly gym staff. Also, the facial was not what I expected. Wasn't a classic facial.
