The price of treatments sugest a spa experience. The bin in the treatment room was overflowing with product waste. I was shown into the treatment room five minutes after my booking, which is OK I booked in for a 30 minutes neck, back and shoulder massage that lasted 20mins. To be followed by a 1hr facial treatment which lasted 30mins, I felt rushed as staff tried manage a problem of over booking, where I paid the high price. It will be a while before I try again. 😌
