Make sure you ring to confirm once you have booked - I'm not sure the salon have got to grips with the treatwell booking system so when I arrived for my appointment they had already closed for the day! I received a very apologetic phone call once the mistake was realised do I cannot fault the service, however I did not receive my treatment.
I hadn't had a wax in ages, so it was always going to be a bit painful, so the lady switched to hot wax rather than strips which was virtually painless! So pleased, will definitely be back, staff and place was lovely! Highly recommended!
