Magda was very efficient with my treatment. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
I went with my mum and neither of us new what to expect. They were very accommodating allowing us to be in the same room (it was girlie weekend trip as my mum was visiting me here in London). We booked the night before and I have to say it was one of the best we've had in the UK in the last year!! We both needed to relax and chill and this did the job!! Thanks ladies :) we will be back!
The staff was absolutely lovely as always but I was quite disappointed with the treatment. At first, because it took so long I thought that the waxing would be spot on. But once I got home I saw that there were still quite a lot of hairs. It was the first time this happened and it was with a different staff than usual so I will still give the Spa Clinique another try, but next time I'll make sure that I do not have this employee again have my waxing.
