I had the pregnancy package which was 2 hours. I thought there would be more of a massage but it was a brief head and neck massage probably lasted 3 minutes at most. The facial was lovely and lasted 1 hour. The manicure and pedicure were more of a scrub of hands and feet and clean up of nails nothing amazing. The therapist was lovely and the overall experience was relaxing. I wish there had been more of a massage and that the manicure and pedicure had been better.
I would have preferred for the room to have been ready when I arrived. The therapist had to move things around and she probably didn't get started on the first treatment until about 15 minutes into my treatment time. I wouldn't book this again I don't think it's worth the money spent.
Very poor experience. Staff were constantly on their phones and gave a very poor massage. Would not recommend
