Walked in to get a treatment however my booking through treatwell wasn’t registered. The lady which does waxing wasn’t in that day so they wanted me to re-arrange .. also didn’t want to provide refund when explained I paid through treatwell when they didn’t have my booking. Terrible organisation and customer service from the team.
I booked 3 appointments for Thai massage for my mum and aunties and they really loved the experience. Only comment could increase the temperature of the room.

Shahida was lovely and honest, she did a good job giving a firm massage which apparently isnt her speciality.
The atmosphere could have been better - i could hear loud traffic as the road is very busy. Also i expected more stretching since it was a Thai massage but i was explained stretching isnt a big part of Thai Oil massage.
