Not sure why but my facial was finished in less than 25 minutes and I did not receive a kobido facial massage despite paying for it and looking forward to this treatment. I expected some classy Spa experience but was left underwhelmed by it. As the spa is situated within the gym area, you can so smell the sweat of the gym when you have to walk through it. This wasn't really my idea of treating myself.
