Hot Stone Massage
Manicure was basic, no soaking, no massage. Cuticles trimmed and polish applied. Top coat was sticky and did not dry. 3 hours later I had to remove all the polish and redo it myself. I think the manicurist must have used shellac gel by mistake. I have sent an email requesting a refund but have had no reply so far.

the girl does not know how to clean the cuticle, and what surprised me was that she could not cut her toenails. this is not a pedicure, this is a scrub and a massage!!! The gel polish on the hands came off with a film the next day, the materials are terrible and old! sterilization is a glass of liquid with instruments. I'm very disappointed because I paid 65 pounds for all this, and my vacation is without gel polish because it came off with a film 😭
