Unfortunately my treatment was cancelled 30 minutes prior to my arrival as someone was off sick. (of course sometimes these things happen!) I have been calling for the past three days to organise a refund/reschedule despite being advised someone would contact me. The service was disappointing, but I am hoping that when my new booking comes around, things will have improved.

Paige was delightful. She was excellent therapist and treatments were very good. Only down side was the leisure centre toilets were not very clean and I was left waiting in room for ages as my therapist had to cover reception as someone else was running late.

Parking was a nightmare but the waxing very good! very relaxing did fall asleep through leg wax. But they do need to invest in a Hoover or broom the floor was very messy! However would be back again.
