I loved the spa facilities, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, I only spotted a couple of patches of hair weren't removed by the wax when I got home. Besides this it was generally a good experience.

Had a lovely visit to Spa experience. Very relaxing place to have my nails done.

The overall visit was good. Just a little bit disappointed by my leg waxing.
I started with one therapist abd finished with another, because the first one didn't do hollywood waxing. The therapist who started left a lot of hair in my legs and was slow. The second one (Ashley) was amazing. she simply corrected colleague's job, thanks! But as it was almost everything done, my hair has been cut and now I have hair growth already...
