Used bowls for our feet- didn't seem sanitary
Didn't clean nail equipment in between uses
My nail polish was applied very poorly, was redone, but still not brilliant
Took 20 mins longer than expected as polish was so poor, had to sit in a waiting area
Could hear gym music in background- not relaxing

Not as good as a previous visit, gel manicure bubbled and didn't last very long. Friendly staff, would visit again
