Turned up for my 10am appointment, they opened reception at 5 past. Waited in the waiting room for another five minutes so my treatment started at least ten minutes late and finished FIVE MINUTES EARLY!! Definitely not value for money, don't waste it here - pay a bit extra for a proper spa, at least you'll get the full time given.
