Unfortunately this was the most painful wax I've ever had. The wax was too hot, it took ages & I've had the most painful itchy regrowth imaginable!

I loved the spa facilities, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, I only spotted a couple of patches of hair weren't removed by the wax when I got home. Besides this it was generally a good experience.
