Our actual spa experience was really good and we enjoyed our time in the spa and excellent treatments. However I had about 5 phone calls prior to us coming in with appointment times changing and being asked to delay coming in by 30 mins as there would be no receptionist. We then still waited around 15 mins on arrival.
