I’ve had many waxes here, but I was left bruised after this one. The therapist I had didn’t hold the skin taut and left my skin in an absolute state which is not ideal for beach holiday. Really unhappy.

Only went for a patch test this time, very quick and efficient. Helpful staff on hand to do what needed to be done
Nice clean space with lovely staff. a bit unimpressed with the lash lift but never having had one before, maybe my expectations were a bit too high. But realistically, I could tell my lashes were tinted but there was no hint of a curl unfortunately
