Pleasant little set up. Particularly liked the relaxation room - only available if you book a treatment . Therapist disappeared after treatment, left treatment room without ever seeing her again. Good changing rooms, nice to get a robe and towel. Warning - you have to pay in the car park - I didn't see the signs and ended up with a £25 fine!
Hydrotherapy
Lovely spa facilities and helpful friendly staff. Charlotte made me feel at ease and gave a professional massage. My only negative would be that it could have been a deeper and firmer massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
I was made to feel very welcome. Jillian was excellent and put up with my constant chatter. Will be returning soon

Pedicure
Wonderfully friendly, efficient therapists. A soothing setting and overall a fabulous experience. The chill room to wait in is lovely, and the entire salon is an oasis of calm in a busy gym session. And Teresa is just lovely!
Brazilian Waxing
Great spa for a quick fix massage or treatment. Use of spa facilities (jacuzzi and sauna) is at an extra cost.
