The relaxation lounge was nice but a bit cold and the relaxing music was a bit annoying at times-a bit too loud. I had a back massage which was excellent, the therapist was very professional and didn't try to cheat me out of any time. The actual spa area was clean and well kept, it would have been nice to have had a swimming pool as well but not a criticism. My only real complaint would be the grumpy old men that were there talking very loudly in the Jacuzzi, they were putting the world to rights (and according to a lovely lady in the sauna, they are there a lot) which didn't exactly make it the most relaxing experience-although it didn't look like a leisure centre once we were inside SpaLondon, the clientele made it feel that way unfortunately. The food options were overpriced as was expected (marked up from the prices at the Cafe downstairs) but free apples and herbal tea was nice.

Great facial, very relaxing.
Would definitely recommend trying the Spa at the Rainbow Centre especially if you have find a deal.

Was a lovely experience, will be coming back for more......so relaxing and nice to be thoroughly pampered. Next time I'll come with a friend!

Great place, tucked away at the back of The Rainbow Centre. Lovely staff who make you feel very welcome. Definitely hope to go back especially on an offer.
