My nails weren’t filed straight; there was a huge smudge cured into the gel on my little finger; polish was applied badly and didn’t reach the bottom of my nails. Base coat was applied twice instead of top coat, when it was wiped at the end it smudged and loads of cotton pad fluff ended up stuck to the gel. The top coat didn’t cover the gel on my thumb so it peeled. There was a hole on the top coat which had been cured into the gel. Rebooked elsewhere that day and got them redone.
