The treatment area was nice enough (although not well signposted from the gym!), and the staff were very friendly and professional, but the thermal spa facilities were a bit shabby and the foot spa didn’t work. The robes provided didn’t smell very fresh and were missing belts, and the towels provided were very thin and not very absorbent. If this spa was closer to home I might give it another go as it was reasonable value for money, but I can’t see me travelling back there anytime soon.
