Could hear lots of noise from the changing rooms and spa area, so wasn't very relaxing. Also the nails felt sticky at the end of the treatment and needed to be wiped over, this was not offered and I had to do it myself at home.

I was taken to room to get ready . Was given a glass of water. Wasn’t rushed . Casey put warm oil on my back snd started massage she was gentle as I have a problem with my upper back. Massage was great
