I’d booked a 50 minute treatment and it actually only ended up being 35 minutes - I thought I must have booked an express version but I checked and it was definitely supposed to have been 50 mins. The treatment was good I was just a little disappointed that the it was cut short.
Classic Facials
The venue as always was great but the member or staff that did my nails was distracted and made a few mistakes.

No towels, foot baths broken, one locker for two of us, no hot water for tea, no drinking water, access to the spa via the gym floor. Disappointed to say the least. The head massage was pleasant but didnt make up for the rest of the experience.

Treatment was lovely and therapist very good and friendly.
Otherwise ‘spa’ very unorganised and facilities lacking. I really couldn’t call this a spa. Everywhere was cold making it very hard to relax - I had to turn the heater on the heater in the relaxation room myself. The relaxation room was actually a waiting room for people going into their appointment.
Sauna was great but jacuzzi was far too cold and steam room unimpressive.
Also no separate facilities for changing - cold and filthy
