The slot I requested was changed but I was only notified when I requested for a booking confirmation. The room was clean and tidy but noises could be heard from the gym area. The code from the spa to the relaxation lounge area wasn't properly working requiring several attempts. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Very happy with my treatment

I had a spray tan. It didn’t come out anywhere near as dark as I would have liked unfortunately, it barely showed at all.
