The massage was excellent and very relaxing. The staff were busy did their best to tackle any issues. The showers were flooded and not overly clean. The towel we were given was tiny! It was a head towel so would not fit around our bodies. There used to be fruit and a variety of herbal teas. But there was no fruit and only 2 teas. Standards have dropped since coming a few months back. It is worth a quick visit if you are local but I wouldn’t say it was luxury at all.
Therapeutic Massage
On first appointment they could not remove my gel nails. Tried to scrape them off, failed, charge me 5£ and let me go to find another place who could help me.
Because I paid for gel coat as well, did comeback for that app. Saw another lady who done a lovely manicure. (Problem: because they used poor base coat and poor top coat for gel manicure) after 3days gel nails started to peel off.
I would not recommend doing gel nails with this company
