My massage therapist Gloria gave me an amazing massage and was very attentive with the ability to problem solve as there was a misunderstanding with my booking. I also loved the thermal bed the massage was done on, it felt like a warm hug. This was the first time using the spa, and Gloria was helpful giving me all the info i needed. The spa was clean and felt like I stepped in to a retreat rather than my local leisure centre. Highly recommend and will be definitely going again
