even though I paid fully , the spa was not working at all. have been told to go home ,they can't do anything about it even no refund.

Sauna and steam room were broken and weak but due to be replaced. Not luxury! Open access to a jacuzzi, rest area, lockers need £1 and sauna, steam and infrared sauna
