this is not a spa. It is like a public swimming pool. Overbooked and people screaming inside the sauna, jacuzzi and all the sp areas, even at relaxation lounge. Jacuzzi water was also too cold. Not a place to relax definitely. Had some treatments done too which were ok but my therapist applied really low pressure and my friend’s was too hard, almost painful. Really disappointed with everything.

Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
It wasn't a peel as the title suggests and the therapist seemed to know very little about skin care - she didn't bother examining my skin at all at the start of the facial. The extraction was very brief/incomplete and I still had lots of blackheads afterwards. My skin did not feel any cleaner or refreshed at the end of the treatment, just thick with product. There was a lot of massaging so fine if you're going for a pampering experience, but as a facial was poor. They offered to re-do the extraction after I complained.
